![]() It's called giving good customer service. We as drivers sometimes get yelled at or the passengers are being disrespectful to your car because it's not theirs, and we have to take that abuse. That sometimes can effect how you drive as well, but the passengers don't see that. You have to also take into consideration the drivers around you. No one drives perfectly all the time, and passengers expect that. Sometimes the drivers make mistakes but that's only because we're human. You'd have to be in the car to see what's really going on. I had to call Uber to set things straight because they didnt know the circumstances of the ride. ![]() I got one of those messages where a passenger lied and said that I was a reckless driver when I've got nothing but 5 star ratings about 95% of the time (you can't please every passenger). Uber just takes their word for it and sends the driver a generic message. I've been driving for Uber for almost 4 years with a good rating, and because passengers can now fraudulently report something that never happened is cruel.
